•Develop and maintain the project master schedule for design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
•Prepare and maintain the Basis of Schedule.
•Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely updates and accurate progress reporting.
•Apply resource loading to establish optimal staffing and crew plans.
•Calculate and manage Earned Value KPIs and progress tracking using S-curves.

Key Requirements

•7 years in project controls, planning, and scheduling, with hospitality project experience
•Proven expertise in developing detailed plans from master schedules using Primavera P6
•Strong ability to monitor trends, analyze schedule impacts, and prepare status reports
•Degree in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, or Production Engineering; proficiency in English and Spanish
•Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and Excel, with ability to manage multiple tasks independently and effectively communicate with stakeholders
