Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and control staff to execute against the business plan, including personnel and resource management.
  • •Coordinate and implement production/manufacturing strategies and sustain process uniformity and operational efficiency.
  • •Maintain quality standards and drive compliance, including ISO/TS registration and program/process/equipment upkeep.
  • •Rigorously analyze business drivers and use area metrics to improve safety, yield, cost, quality, and cycle time.
  • •Prepare, monitor, and control budgets; approve and monitor facilities and project work, and manage cost and variable pay/cost reduction.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree (minimum).
  • •15+ years of experience in engineering management/leadership and production/manufacturing.

  • •Experience optimizing manufacturing operations for safety, yield, cost, quality, and manufacturing efficiency using data and metrics.
