Job Summary

Lead and grow Cyera’s Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Solutions Architecture team, serving as the senior technical point of contact across complex pre-sale and post-sale customer engagements. Bridge the field, Product, and R&D to set technical and strategic direction, drive execution excellence, and ensure successful DLP solution implementation. Own complex technical escalations, collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate sales, and standardize workflows and tooling to scale the function.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the most complex and strategic customer engagements across pre-sale and post-sale efforts as the senior technical point of contact.
•Manage a global solutions architecture team and mentor Solution Architects.
•Partner with internal teams and customers to implement and integrate Cyera’s DLP solutions with technical feasibility and business alignment.
•Translate customer challenges into new features and technical solutions by collaborating with Product and Engineering.
•Own and drive resolution of complex technical issues and escalations, coordinating cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Solution Architect (or similar technical role).
•At least 2 years in a leadership role.
•Proven track record leading and mentoring engineers/architects in fast-paced environments and complex technical initiatives.
•Strong background creating technical solutions, systems integrations, and customer-facing technical delivery.
•Proficiency in querying (e.g., SQL) and strong cloud understanding (AWS/Azure/GCP).
