Key Responsibilities

  • •Own database entry/management and tracking tools for internal and external mobility activities.
  • •Coordinate US and global HR/payroll teams to ensure proper payments and transfers between BMUs.
  • •Lead quarterly Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) reviews and align BMU HR to upcoming changes.
  • •Consult with HR leaders on mobility benefits/packages; deliver mobility training and internal communications.
  • •Act as first-tier support for assignee mobility queries and manage mobility vendor invoices and coding trackers.
