Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide trusted advice and recommendations for customers’ financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs.
  • •Get to know customers’ personal financial goals and tailor plans for future milestones such as home buying and credit cards.
  • •Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first ways to handle banking transactions via the app and ATMs.
  • •Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking for complex customer needs.
  • •Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments while following all policies and cash handling procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High school degree or GED required.
  • •2+ years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals.
  • •Ability to ask questions, identify customer needs, and strengthen customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions.
  • •Proven success recommending and referring financial products and services; comfort with digital technology to support business goals.
  • •Meet SAFE Act requirements, including pre-employment screening and obtaining a unique identifier from NMLS.
