Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end event planning and execution. Own the full event lifecycle — from setting objectives and timelines to managing vendors, logistics, onsite coordination, and post-event reporting.
•Drive team performance and operational excellence. Build scalable processes, templates, and workflows that raise the bar for how the team plans and executes events, and model high standards for other team members.
•Develop and maintain strategic relationships. Cultivate strong partnerships with external vendors and internal stakeholders across business units to support seamless planning and execution at every stage.
•Champion the attendee experience. Continuously ideate and test new activations and promotional strategies with the target audience at the center of every decision.
•Coordinate and execute industry and Hudl-hosted events across markets

•3+ years of experience managing multiple long-term marketing events or projects
•Extremely organized with strong documentation, timelines, and event results tracking
•Strong communicator (verbal and written) with colleagues and clients
•Autonomous problem-solver who owns projects with minimal oversight
•Tech-savvy with experience in virtual event streaming and platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, Asana and Google Drive
