Yard Technician

Maintain and support day-to-day operations at a construction equipment rental yard in Las Cruces. You’ll inspect and document equipment condition before and after use, assist with routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, and cleaning, and load/unload and manage equipment inventory according to standard procedures. The role includes safe yard and shop cleanup, adherence to PPE and safety requirements, and occasional on-call scheduling with overtime pay after 40 hours.
