Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain daily vehicle inventory appearance and security while keeping zones and parking areas organized and optimized for operations.
  • •Document and track incoming and outgoing inventory through shipping and receiving for accurate vehicle records.
  • •Receive, prepare, and process vehicles (pair locators, capture photos, secure keys) for readiness for sale or auction.
  • •Support auction operations with preparation, coordination, and execution activities.
  • •Perform daily inventory scanning and reconciliation and follow CarMax EH&S requirements to maintain a clean, orderly work area.
