Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and identify pain points in AI agent–powered customer and operational workflows.
  • •Own flagship deals end-to-end, including use case identification, structuring commercial terms, and driving deals to close.
  • •Embed with strategic customers onsite as a trusted partner and own delivery outcomes for agent deployment.
  • •Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents, including agent design, orchestration, and production readiness.
  • •Build demos and collaborate across Research and engineering teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and inform the roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity, with direct enterprise customer experience preferred.
  • •Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
  • •Commercial instinct for deal conversations and structuring value propositions within enterprise sales cycles alongside GTM partners.
  • •Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration to prototype, demo, and communicate with engineering teams.
  • •Technical aptitude with LLMs and AI agent frameworks, plus excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
