Group Product Manager responsible for mentoring PMs and driving the end-to-end strategy for Advanced Ads, a leading ad-management platform powering 150,000+ websites. You’ll implement a modern Product Operating Model, champion outcome-driven development, own monetization strategy and GTM, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure adoption and commercial impact across the MonetizeMore ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

•Mentor and coach other Product Managers, advancing product craft, execution, and strategic thinking.
•Implement modern product operating model principles (e.g., product trios, data-informed decision making, rapid prototyping).
•Define and execute the long-term product vision for Advanced Ads, integrating its ad injection, targeting, and Google Ad Manager capabilities.
•Lead continuous product discovery to validate ideas for usability, feasibility, viability, and value before coding.
•Own monetization strategy end-to-end and drive ROI-focused prioritization with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years leading or mentoring other PMs.
•Experience in ad tech, SaaS, or WordPress ecosystem is a plus.
•Deep practical experience with modern, empowerment-based Product Operating Models.
•Ability to own monetization strategy from monetization to GTM and focus on ROI, LTV, and MRR.
•Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
