Job Summary

Support TikTok’s Scaled Agency Sales team in Brazil by contributing to revenue growth across the agency sales lifecycle. Help manage and analyze a sales pipeline tracker, flag risks, and turn data into clear signals for leadership. Prepare weekly updates, monitor KPIs, and build dashboards and performance reports. Partner with internal teams to resolve issues end-to-end and drive adoption of AI tools to improve productivity and capacity.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the full sales lifecycle, including prospect research, competitive analysis, pitch preparation, and partner engagement with LATAM agencies.
•Manage and maintain a sales pipeline tracker by identifying patterns, surfacing risks, and translating data into signals for the team lead.
•Serve as an operational backbone for top agency relationships, coordinating issue resolution end-to-end across internal teams.
•Prepare and structure materials for weekly team meetings and leadership reviews, highlighting trends and insights.
•Monitor KPIs and design dashboards/performance reports; help the team adopt AI tools to increase productivity.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
•Strong analytical skills and comfort working in spreadsheets and data tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
•Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese (preferred) and proficiency in English (required).
•Highly organized and reliable with proactive follow-up and agility in a fast-changing environment.
•Interest in digital advertising/creator economy and experience with Looker or Tableau (preferred).
