Key Responsibilities

  • •Own global sourcing strategy for vehicle accessories, including supplier selection strategy and sourcing models.
  • •Independently lead complex supplier negotiations (piece price, tooling, NRE/EDT, MOQs, lead times, warranty terms) and manage long-term agreements.
  • •Partner with SQE and Engineering on APQP/PPAP, Run@Rate, and launch readiness; ensure suppliers meet quality, timing, and branding expectations.
  • •Own accessories cost targets and supplier scorecards (quality, delivery, cost, responsiveness) while proactively mitigating supply, cost, and capacity risks.
  • •Serve as the accessories commercial lead across cross-functional teams, mentor GSM-level team members, and deliver executive reporting on sourcing status and launch readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or equivalent education/experience.
  • •8+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles in an automotive or manufacturing environment for direct materials (preferred).
  • •Proven experience leading strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations for finished goods and assemblies.
  • •Experience supporting product development and launch cycles.
  • •Strong understanding of quality systems, lifecycle cost management, and supplier performance management.
