Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul plant mechanical equipment and processing systems.
  • •Support and maintain steam systems, steam turbines, evaporator processes, and gas-fired boilers to meet production goals.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance activities and equipment inspections, including diagnosing failures to the component level.
  • •Identify and requisition replacement parts and observe equipment operation to detect abnormalities.
  • •Perform equipment alignment and safely operate mechanical shop equipment; complete welding/fabrication tasks and follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures.

  • •Advanced experience with steam systems, steam turbines, evaporator processes, and gas-fired boilers.
  • •Strong mechanical maintenance experience on industrial manufacturing equipment such as pumps, motors, and gearboxes.

  • •Knowledge of chains/sprockets/gears/power transmission and bearings, including failure analysis and lubrication systems.
