Key Responsibilities

  • •Enter, validate, and audit packaging-related data in new PLM and legacy systems for new product development and specification changes.
  • •Query and analyze PLM data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; build reports using PLM tools, Power BI, and Excel.
  • •Support configuration, testing, and data migration into the new PLM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • •Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align business objectives, communicate recommendations, and challenge assumptions when risks are identified.
  • •Create documentation, train users on processes and reports, and act as a change champion; provide ongoing PLM support while protecting sensitive data via access controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or significant relevant experience in Packaging, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
  • •3+ years relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 7+ years without an applicable degree.
  • •Strong data/analytical and critical thinking skills, with strong project management, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • •Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, Excel, SQL, Google Cloud (GCP), Power BI, and AI tools.
  • •Preferred experience with PLM/specification systems (Specright & Oracle), ERP (SAP & DB2), and packaging/sustainability-related systems.
