Key Responsibilities

  • •Own key cross-domain initiatives on the Atlas Clusters roadmap, turning enterprise platform blockers and resilience needs into product priorities.
  • •Define goals, milestones, and accountability for platform programs, including platform resiliency, and lead gap assessments to scope customer-driven engineering work.
  • •Drive complex multi-team programs by establishing governance, success metrics, and an operating cadence; partner on architecture interpretation and launch readiness.
  • •Embed reliability- and scale-first workflows into product development and delivery.
  • •Partner with GTM on market expansion by defining product strategy, evaluating infrastructure/control plane options, and aligning pricing, packaging, and launch decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product management experience on technically complex, infrastructure-level products, with strong ability to ramp quickly on hard technical domains.
  • •Own enterprise-grade technical products end-to-end, delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • •Technical fluency to discuss architecture, failure modes, performance characteristics, and tradeoffs and connect decisions to customer impact.
  • •Hands-on experience with databases, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure platforms (compute, storage, networking, capacity planning).
  • •Ability to write, promote, and execute business cases while driving complex projects across multiple teams.
