Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead four Directors and ~50 engineers across Cloud, SRE, CI/CD & SDLC, and Application Support.
  • •Establish engineering standards for infrastructure, observability, CI/CD, reliability, and operational excellence.
  • •Own the 99.95% uptime SLA across multi-cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) production and define SLOs, error budgets, and incident response processes.
  • •Scale Application Support, ensuring tier-2/tier-3 escalation processes and closed-loop improvements based on customer issue trends.
  • •Drive integration of infrastructure and platform assets from acquisitions and evolve a repeatable integration playbook.
