Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end project delivery management for content safety model training and evaluation data, from requirements to execution and continuous optimization.
  • •Translate business goals and data requirements from algorithm, product, and other teams into actionable, scalable data production strategies.
  • •Establish and continuously optimize standardized processes, operational guidelines, and quality systems for data production, improving efficiency and stability via mechanisms, tooling, and automation.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project timelines, resolve blockers and risks, and ensure objectives are met.
  • •Create quality assessment and retrospective mechanisms using data monitoring and root-cause analysis to drive continuous improvement and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or related fields with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong statistics foundation, including descriptive statistics, distribution analysis, correlation analysis, and hypothesis testing.
  • •Expert-level SQL for writing complex queries with consistent, reproducible results.
  • •Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • •Ability to clearly communicate analytical findings and business recommendations in English, with strong project-driving and attention to detail.
