Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and define UAT scope and objectives.
  • •Prepare comprehensive UAT test cases and scenarios based on business process flows and requirements.
  • •Validate end-to-end workflows and coordinate UAT execution with business users to ensure alignment.
  • •Track, analyze, and resolve issues identified during UAT in collaboration with development and QA teams.
  • •Document UAT results, feedback, defects, and obtain formal sign-off from stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and UAT processes.
  • •Experience preparing UAT test cases and scenarios based on business process flows and requirements.
  • •Experience testing ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications.
  • •Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ADO or similar.
  • •Knowledge of SQL and database validation, and ability to interpret business requirements into test scenarios.
