Director (m/w/d) Corporate M&A - Business & Legal Affairs

Lead and manage cross-border M&A transactions across Germany, Austria and Switzerland; draft, negotiate and close a broad range of corporate and M&A agreements; oversee due diligence, identify legal risks, coordinate internal stakeholders and external counsel; drive cross-functional workflows and provide governance-focused legal guidance throughout transactions; contribute to process improvements and scalable procedures.
