•Manage full life-cycle recruiting: search strategies, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, negotiating offers, and facilitating hiring and onboarding.
•Consult hiring managers on hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching, guidance on best practices, and sourcing trends.
•Develop, recommend, and execute recruitment strategy with decision makers to meet time frames.
•Use proactive networking with industry experts and associations to build ongoing passive candidate networks.
•Communicate consistently and create a positive candidate experience for selected and non-selected candidates throughout the process.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 108,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of full life cycle recruiting experience (or equivalent education/experience).
•Demonstrated experience recruiting in Water & Energy industries within engineering and technical consulting.
•Experience building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
•Willing and able to travel 10-15% and regularly visit the AECOM office in Chelmsford, MA.
•Preferred: experience using SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Workday, and proficiency with MS Office.
