DIRECTOR - UAE SALES

Own and grow an existing UAE book of business while identifying and securing new opportunities across freight forwarding, contract logistics, warehousing, customs brokerage, transportation, and value-added logistics. Lead sales strategy execution to achieve annual revenue and gross profit targets, manage pipelines and forecasting using CRM tools, drive cross-selling/upselling, and lead executive customer reviews and contract negotiations. Collaborate with Solutions Design and operations teams to deliver end-to-end customer solutions and mentor the sales organization where needed.
