Job Summary

Build trusted client relationships by engaging customers in-person, by appointment, and virtually while helping them make better banking decisions. Assess customer needs, obtain and process information, and educate clients on deposit/loan products and digital self-service tools. Proactively follow up, open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Partner with branch teams to deliver an accurate, operationally excellent client experience.

Key Requirements

•Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients and identify their needs using a digital-first mindset.
•Required to obtain and maintain NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including required background and credit checks.
