Key Responsibilities

  • •Foster and enhance plant safety culture to achieve safety excellence.
  • •Provide operational leadership: supervise employees, plan schedules, and coordinate 24/7 production facility activities.
  • •Manage plant financial performance and cost structure, including direct/indirect labor, maintenance, consumables, and profitability control.
  • •Lead continuous improvement and daily quality culture using continuous quality improvement principles.
  • •Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements (including OSHA, EPA, EEO, and Affirmative Action) and quality audits; oversee ISO-related documentation and preventative maintenance coordination.
