Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and oversee thermal performance monitoring for power generating equipment.
  • •Establish and maintain KPI’s for the performance monitoring program and use results to optimize equipment operation.
  • •Support assessing and correcting equipment degradation affecting plant thermal performance.
  • •Create work scopes of work, identify manpower/material requirements, and develop schedules and work packages for routine and outage maintenance or projects.
  • •Coordinate across work groups, interface with engineering resources, and ensure safety/environmental policies are emphasized while managing work using work management systems.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma with 8+ years of related plant experience, or a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, thermodynamics, or industrial engineering (or related discipline).
  • •Valid driver’s license.
  • •Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; working knowledge of SAP and PaSTA is highly desirable.
  • •Basic understanding of Lock-out, Tag-out (LOTO) practices for related process equipment.
