Job Summary

Lead and oversee Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations across supported markets for Global Business Services, ensuring strong controls, efficient execution, and consistent service delivery. Manage and develop a cross-functional team handling disputes and deductions, trade spend accounting, accruals and reserves, reconciliations, and reporting/analytics. Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and Controllership to resolve escalations, drive standardisation and improvements, and enhance working capital performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership and governance across OTC operations, ensuring alignment with policies, controls, and defined ways of working.
•Oversee resolution of customer disputes and deductions, ensuring timely closure and consistent standards.
•Manage trade spend activities at an oversight level, including accruals, settlements, and audit readiness.
•Coordinate with third-party outsourced providers to ensure transactions are appropriate and timely.
•Monitor and manage SLAs and KPIs, drive standardisation/automation/continuous improvement, and develop team capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Experience in Order-to-Cash, accounting, or related finance operations in a shared services or process-driven environment.
•Experience leading teams and managing performance through SLAs and KPIs.
•Strong understanding of OTC accounting and operational activities, including accruals, reserves, reconciliations, and close support.
•Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and reporting tools.
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions.
