Job Summary

Perform highly complex treasury analysis to support Asset/Liability, Funding/Liquidity, and/or Investment Portfolio activities. Lead high-level analysis for balance sheet, NII, and risk management using ALM and QRM models to assess the risk/return profile. Provide strategic planning, reporting, and management support for debt portfolios, FTP modeling, loan and deposit pricing, and trading, including analytical reporting for derivatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform highly complex analysis and other work assignments in support of Treasury department activities.
•Lead development of high-level analysis related to balance sheet, NII, and risk management.
•Use ALM, QRM, and other models to assess the Bancorp’s risk/return profile.
•Provide insights into balance sheet and earnings profiles to achieve optimal balance of risk and return.
•Support Funding/Liquidity and Investment Portfolio activities including debt portfolio reporting/monitoring, FTP modeling, loan and deposit pricing advice, and analytical support for trading, securities transactions, and derivative positions.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics.
•Typically 5–7 years (or more) of treasury-related experience in Asset/Liability, Funding/Liquidity, or Investment Portfolio.
•Experience with fixed income portfolio management and analysis emphasizing mortgage backed securities (for Investment Portfolio alignment).
•Strong analytical, modeling, and database skills, including ALM modeling software experience (QRM preferred for Asset/Liability alignment).
•Knowledge of Treasury & Funds Management, money markets, fixed income/capital markets, and derivatives.
