Job Summary

Implement and support mission-critical voice and data communication solutions across post-sales project phases. Lead field deployment activities such as configuring, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting network equipment, while coordinating with system integration centers and internal teams. Maintain as-built documentation, perform preventive/corrective maintenance under support contracts, support FAT/SAT acceptance testing, and manage third-party installation and technical change documentation for customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and/or implement communication systems and services that meet customer, end-user, and operator requirements.
•Lead field deployment and day-to-day activities: deploy, configure, commission, test, and troubleshoot network equipment.
•Provide local customer support (including, in some cases, 24/7 on-call service support) and perform preventive and corrective maintenance under support contracts.
•Coordinate technical interfaces and third-party activities for ordering, installation, integration, documentation, quality management, acceptance testing, and technical change management.
•Participate in FAT and SAT acceptance testing and maintain as-built and technical records; escalate issues through resolution from opening to closure.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Electronics.
•More than 5 years of experience in telecommunications (IT is a plus).
•High fluency in Spanish and English.
•Knowledge of radiofrequency principles, transmission theory, and communication systems such as LMR, P25, or TETRA.
•Valid driver’s license.
