Accounts Receivable Specialist (with Sage 100 Experience) - Freelance, Remote

Own end-to-end accounts receivable for a U.S.-based, customer-centric business: issue accurate invoices and billing statements, post cash receipts in Sage 100, maintain aging schedules, and reconcile AR data. Handle collections and customer communication for overdue balances and billing disputes via email and phone. Produce AR and customer reports, keep customer master data up to date, and support executives with calendars, meetings, correspondence, and follow-ups. Full remote with Pacific-time hours.
