Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Recommend appropriate retail consumer and small business products/services using the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Proactively reach out using CAMP and approved marketing tools, set appointments, and drive periodic financial reviews.
  • •Focus on cross-selling and outside sales activities, and build close working relationships with business partners for referrals.
  • •Process teller transactions and support customer satisfaction by answering questions, owning customer issues, maintaining confidentiality, and following policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills (combination of education and experience acceptable).
  • •Demonstrated ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new consumer households and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Ability to understand advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •Ability to develop working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions.
  • •S.A.F.E. Act registration required at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
