Job Summary

Lead the Vehicle Specific Ancillaries sub-project for the GM50 radar product in France, coordinating hardware development, subcontractors, and supply chain, ensuring alignment with the GM50 program (NL) and vehicle adaptation, while driving execution governance, cost control, and on-time delivery. Manage cross-functional teams, industrialization, and reporting to GM50 and FR management in a multinational context.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and maintain the project execution reference including PM Plan, WBS, OBS, schedule, and budget allocations aligned with the Dutch partner.
•Lead the France development/qualification team and external subcontractors from selection to series supply chain implementation to ensure quality, cost, and schedule targets.
•Ensure industrialization considerations for series production (tens of units per year).
•Coordinate Vehicle Specific Ancillaries activities with GM50 activities in the Netherlands to ensure specification coherence and development/qualification logic.
•Provide communication and reporting to the GM50 Global Project Manager and FR management.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•BAC+5 (Engineering school, university or equivalent) with experience in hardware development and cross-functional project management.
•Experience in multinational cooperation, ideally with the Netherlands, and in managing subcontractors.
•Strong internal and external negotiation skills; ability to coordinate across teams and with external partners.
•Proficient in English; analytical, organized, and with a facilitation mindset.
•Ability to define and maintain project execution references (PM Plan, WBS, OBS, schedule, budget allocations) and ensure alignment with product policy.
