Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate, complete, compliant training records and ensure audit readiness using GDP, proactively addressing gaps or compliance risks.
  • •Conduct post-training evaluations to verify associate competency, adherence to standard work, and training effectiveness; document and communicate results.
  • •Author, review, and maintain Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) so processes are current, aligned with operational execution, and clearly documented in English.
  • •Support engineering-related labor measurement using MOST-based time studies for labor standards, productivity analysis, and process optimization.
  • •Assist with UAT and support continuous improvement through process observation, data collection, root-cause analysis, and validation of improvement actions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.13 - 27.16

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent, with strong working knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • •MOST certification required within one year of starting in the role.
  • •Experience in distribution center or warehouse operations and in maintaining training records in an audit-driven environment.
  • •Experience conducting training evaluations or competency assessments and authoring or maintaining Standard Work Instructions.
  • •Strong ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
