Key Responsibilities

  • •Own sales capacity and productivity modeling, including rep ramp, quota coverage, attainment assumptions, and hiring plan support for ARR growth targets.
  • •Build pipeline-to-ARR forecasting covering pipeline coverage, conversion/win rates, and sales cycle, and translate results into defensible segment bookings and ARR forecasts.
  • •Own GTM unit economics (CAC, CAC payback, magic number, LTV to CAC, and sales/marketing efficiency) and keep metrics rigorous and decision-ready.
  • •Partner with CRO, sales leaders, and Marketing to pressure-test ROI of GTM investments and contribute to pricing and packaging economics.
  • •Prepare GTM analysis for board and investor reporting and lead ad hoc scenario analysis for new segments, motions, and pricing changes.

Salary: USD 175,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4 to 7 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, GTM or sales finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, ideally including a high-growth software company.
  • •Modeling experience connecting finance and operations, including capacity/productivity models, pipeline and bookings models, cohort/segment analysis, and scenario work.
  • •Strong understanding of GTM and SaaS unit economics (CAC, CAC payback, magic number, LTV to CAC, net/gross retention, sales efficiency, pipeline coverage).
  • •Experience working directly with data and modern BI stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Looker or Omni) plus CRM data such as Salesforce.
  • •Expert proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with high accuracy and strong communication to translate analysis for GTM leaders and the board.
