Key Responsibilities

  • •Own delivery for Profile Agents, from identity resolution and agentic pipeline generation through production-quality Customer 360 outputs.
  • •Hire and grow a small, senior team and build the scalable foundation as the product moves out of private preview.
  • •Set technical direction with product and the VP of Engineering as key aspects of “good” are still being defined.
  • •Build the quality bar for agent-generated pipelines, including where agents act autonomously vs. require human review and how correctness is validated against customer data.
  • •Partner directly with customers and design partners to translate Customer 360 problems into engineering priorities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 261,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of engineering management experience leading high-performing teams.
  • •8+ years building and operating production data or distributed systems with hands-on depth to set the technical bar.
  • •Experience building or leading data engineering products (ETL, MDM, or data quality tooling) and understanding why Customer 360 efforts are often costly and slow.
  • •Hands-on experience applying agents/LLMs to data engineering (matching, entity resolution, or pipeline generation) with judgment on where humans must remain in the loop.
  • •Experience scaling complex data services to thousands of enterprise customers, including reliability and governance maturity.
