Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead the management model for contract manufacturers and critical suppliers, including governance, performance expectations, review cadence, escalation, and continuous improvement.
  • •Establish supplier expectations for cost, quality, delivery, inventory, capacity, responsiveness, compliance, operational readiness, and business continuity.
  • •Guide supplier relationship owners to resolve complex commercial, operational, quality, and supply continuity issues; lead performance reviews and long-term improvement plans.
  • •Develop and maintain sourcing and supplier-management standards, tools, and scorecards; identify systemic gaps and improve accountability and executive decision-making.
  • •Lead negotiation strategies for complex/high-risk engagements and partner with HP Sourcing and Legal to strengthen contract standards and commercial governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • •Typically 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement, supply chain, or contract manufacturing.
  • •Demonstrated record leading complex supplier strategies, contract manufacturing governance, supplier performance reviews, negotiations, and commercial decisions.
  • •Strong understanding of contract manufacturing business models, supplier relationship management, and commercial agreements.
