•Lead and manage planning activities including demand planning, production planning, inventory control, and material planning for a global business unit.
•Drive the 5-step S&OP/IBP process and ensure effective S&OP/OE in current quarter and rolling 18-24 months.
•Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align planning with commercial strategies and growth initiatives.
•Transform planning processes and tools to improve S&OP maturity and deliver value across revenue and costs.
•Develop and mentor a world-class planning team, driving continuous improvement and digital transformation.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Inventory Management and Materials Management.
•Proven track record in leading a 5 step S&OP process for commercial business.

•Demonstrated transformational leadership experience to support accelerating growth and dynamic mergers & acquisitions.
•5+ years of experience in SAP MRP and ERP, preferably on Engineer to Order/ Deal based business with Variant Configuration.
