Provide timely, accurate, and client-focused banking service while completing transactions and managing assigned monies. Deliver a standout client experience, educate customers on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, while adhering to internal controls, risk management, and compliance requirements.
