Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as operational owner for Ambient EHR integrations across an enterprise health system portfolio.
  • •Coordinate integration launches end-to-end for new enterprise deployments, including kickoff validation, go-live, stabilization, account configuration, and sync-health monitoring.
  • •Triage production integration issues by reproducing and scoping problems, distinguishing product vs configuration vs client-environment issues, and maintaining triage SLAs.
  • •Use internal tooling to track issues in Linear and build dashboards/health metrics for enterprise sync rates and error trends.
  • •Codify triage, launch, and escalation workflows into runbooks and playbooks, and establish operating cadence with weekly executive reporting and cross-functional syncs.
