Own operational integration workflows for Ambient EHR deployments across a portfolio of 10+ systems. Coordinate end-to-end launches from validation through go-live and stabilization, including configuration, setup verification, and sync-health monitoring. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as operational owner for Ambient EHR integrations across an enterprise health system portfolio.
•Coordinate integration launches end-to-end for new enterprise deployments, including kickoff validation, go-live, stabilization, account configuration, and sync-health monitoring.
•Triage production integration issues by reproducing and scoping problems, distinguishing product vs configuration vs client-environment issues, and maintaining triage SLAs.
•Use internal tooling to track issues in Linear and build dashboards/health metrics for enterprise sync rates and error trends.
•Codify triage, launch, and escalation workflows into runbooks and playbooks, and establish operating cadence with weekly executive reporting and cross-functional syncs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

•8-10 years in operations, ideally in healthcare technology, owning cross-functional workflows that require triage, judgment, and stakeholder alignment.
•Proven triage and escalation ownership: reproduce issues, isolate root cause across product, configuration, and client environments, and route with sufficient context.
•Strong documentation instincts: think in systems and write runbooks that others can execute and keep current.
•Strong written communication for executive status updates, internal escalation summaries, and client-facing emails to health system IT and clinical stakeholders.
•Systems thinker with low ego and strong follow-through, able to deliver a clear, documented “no” when requests fall outside supported scope.
