Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications to restore services on time and within SLAs; perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
•Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; carry out maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
•Assess, implement, and validate application changes through controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Serve as liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and escalations for regulated healthcare workflows.
•Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation; ensure adherence to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), security standards, and data privacy requirements.

Key Requirements

•Experience supporting healthcare provider workflows and operational support in a healthcare provider domain.
•Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications while performing root cause analysis and meeting SLAs.
•Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; perform regular maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades with vendor and internal coordination.
•Assess, implement, and validate application changes (configurations, patches, upgrades) using controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Hands-on support experience with healthcare interoperability/integration (HL7, HIE, XCA, EMR/EHR) and relevant mobile/admin and server/network technologies (Voalte, MDM tools, Windows/Linux, DNS/VPN, secure messaging).
