Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the program team and provide clarity, motivation, and direction to ensure strong communication and execution throughout the engagement.
  • •Serve as the primary customer interface and perform program management activities to ensure adherence to Salesforce methodology, project gates, and governance.
  • •Build and lead project plans, supervise progress and timelines, adjust schedules as needed, and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery while resolving issues.
  • •Supervise resource utilization aligned with allocations and budget, including on-time entry and approvals for project timesheets.
  • •Facilitate end-to-end implementation planning (including risk/issue management and change management) and coordinate UAT with business end users for sign-off.

Salary: CAD 133,200 - 183,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in project and program management delivering for external clients in a consulting environment.
  • •Experience managing Salesforce engagements (7+ years strongly preferred).
  • •Demonstrated ability to run project teams (up to 75+ people) with ownership of budget and schedule.
  • •Proven success delivering high-quality results on time and within budget, managing budgets of at least $15M.
  • •Ability to support public sector transformation work, lead difficult conversations, and build senior-level customer credibility.
