•Work with business and subject matter experts to understand strategy and write, refine, accept, and prioritize agile stories and features for compliant solutions.
•Own and maintain a prioritized work backlog for agile teams, including user stories with acceptance criteria and review/acceptance of delivered output.
•Represent the business with delivery teams by providing the customers' perspective across the product delivery cycle.
•Partner with stakeholders and IT to define and document business processes, including needs, measures, and risks/controls.
•Prepare the business for change using tactics and metrics for benefits and adoption, and coach/mentor other Product Owners.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
•6 years of experience in process improvement, project delivery, business/requirements analysis, or related business operations/product line work.
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, applicable databases, and product management tools.
•Advanced knowledge of multiple delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe.
•6 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Email Studio.
