Key Responsibilities

•Use Claude Code as a primary engineering tool for writing, refactoring, debugging, and reviewing infrastructure and platform code with AI pair programming as the default.
•Design and deploy autonomous agents that accelerate developer workflows, self-healing CI pipelines, infrastructure diagnosis, and documentation generation.
•Build and publish reusable AI tools, skills, and integrations in internal tool marketplaces to enable discoverability across teams.
•Define and enforce AI-first engineering standards, including prompt context management and output reviews for platform components.
•Develop and maintain core ML platform components (Model Registry, permissions, SageMaker setup and deployment tooling) and accelerate platform API/UI development.

Key Requirements

•9+ years of proven experience as a Platform Engineer, Software Engineer, or ML Infrastructure Engineer.
