Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align strategy and requirements for NPI and sustaining programs.
  • •Ensure company-wide and inter-department processes and procedures are followed and maintained.
  • •Drive product lifecycle adherence and champion product change control activities.
  • •Ensure proper configuration management via process documentation and process change orders for new/revised documents and products.
  • •Drive BOM reviews and perform Agile and Oracle data integrity and validation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 2-3 years in document control.
  • •Experience in the networking industry is preferred.
  • •High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control software.
  • •Proficiency in Oracle ERP and Agile PLM software is desired.
  • •Strong proofreading, problem-solving, and exceptional attention to detail, with excellent English communication.
