Key Responsibilities

•Lead cost management and quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle for iconic Dublin area projects.
•Manage commercial office fit-out projects and related sectors (industrial, life sciences, retail) in collaboration with clients and contractors.
•Guide the contractor and client through the process, exercising judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources.
•Collaborate with project teams to monitor budgets, controls, and value engineering opportunities.
•Ensure adherence to professional standards and qualifications, with expertise in MS Office suite for reporting and analysis.

Key Requirements

•A proven track record of delivering high quality cost management / quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle.
•Prior experience in Commercial Fit-out projects (Preferred).
•Professionally qualified (SCSI, RICS or similar).
•Significant experience in the Irish market.
•Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3 years+ of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
