Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor the production process of multiple injection molding machines and respond to machine/mold issues.
  • •Operate, shut-down, and start-up molding equipment; troubleshoot minor hydraulic and electrical problems.
  • •Perform mold and color changes and follow mold change procedures to meet quality requirements.
  • •Record accurate production data and track downtime, quality performance, and machine efficiency.
  • •Train personnel to improve technical capabilities and evaluate product quality on newly set-up machines.

Key Requirements
