Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary client advisor by recommending banking, borrowing and investment solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • •Lead and coordinate the extended advisory team (including trust, investment and planning strategists) based on relationship complexity.
  • •Review personal and business financial data to understand client needs, capture goals in a financial plan, and prepare client presentations.
  • •Meet or exceed sales goals by expanding relationships, closing referrals, and capturing new business growth.
  • •Maintain a disciplined prospecting approach and build a referral-driven pipeline while participating in community organizations for business development opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience (required).
  • •5 years of demonstrated sales and business development experience with proven results (required).
  • •FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) (required).
  • •Resident state insurance licenses (Life, Variable, and Accident/Health or Life & Disability) (required).
  • •Strong client advisory and communication skills, including the ability to consult and prioritize client needs.
