Key Responsibilities

  • •Support delivery of Sephora UK’s customer experience and service strategy across all stores.
  • •Coordinate the Mystery Shop Programme and the Quiet Hours Programme, including accessibility initiatives, reporting insights and action plans.
  • •Enhance the customer journey using feedback, insights, and performance data; support Redeemable Services and Brand Partnered Services/retail activations.
  • •Monitor service utilisation, customer satisfaction, and commercial impact, providing recommendations and maintaining service documentation.
  • •Support rollout and optimisation of in-store digital tools, gather store feedback, and track/report KPIs via dashboards, insights, and presentations.
