Key Responsibilities

•Proactively contact residential and commercial clients via telephone and email to introduce roofing services.
•Articulate the company value proposition, including free inspections, estimates, and a 5-year workmanship guarantee.
•Qualify leads by understanding needs and determining fit for the services.
•Schedule appointments and consultations for sales and assessment specialists.
•Maintain detailed CRM records of client interactions and appointment schedules while meeting weekly/monthly targets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 35 hourly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar sales development role.
•Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, engaging telephone manner.
