Key Responsibilities

•Stabilize large language model training and implement pipeline-parallelism techniques for efficient training at scale.
•Design and implement practical ML/DL solutions, including neural network architectures and language modeling approaches, in collaboration with AI researchers.
•Work hands-on on technical problems across ML, data science, recommendations, and information retrieval to deliver impactful projects.
•Collaborate with leaders across the company to align research efforts with broader objectives and timelines.
•Develop tooling and software features in Rust/C++/Python while following company coding standards and practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 324,000 - 396,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Machine Learning or related field; 2 years of related experience.
•BigData systems such as Spark, Hadoop, BigQuery for scalable data processing.
•Building large-scale Kubernetes clusters for data storage, processing, and analysis (on-prem and cloud).
•Applied machine learning techniques and deploying large-scale deep learning systems.
•Rust, C++, or Python for tooling and features in company software development and standards.
