Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop software requirement specification (SRS) documents and support technical file specifications affecting functional requirements (including Mail.dat and Mail.XML).
  • •Maintain supported technical specifications and guides, and develop new ones for new or revised system functionality.
  • •Conduct Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT) by reviewing Technical Requirement Documents, creating/updating test scripts, executing CAT, performing production validation (smoke and functional testing), and documenting outcomes/artifacts (including TLSC and Requirement Traceability Matrix).
  • •Develop automated test scripts and performance metrics to track and report Customer Acceptance Testing status.
  • •Support mail industry meetings/workgroups and develop training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guides for impacted CPPP applications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree; or, in lieu of degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in technology or software development (preferred).
  • •Experience eliciting and documenting business processes and requirements, including SRS/TRD documentation.
  • •Hands-on experience creating manual and automated test scripts, performing customer/user acceptance testing, and documenting test results/artifacts.
  • •Experience with production validation (smoke/regression/functional testing) and working with data formats (CSV, XML, JSON) and relational databases.
