Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and execute weekend operations across NDT Ultrasonic Immersion, machining, CMM quality, shipping/receiving, and facilities coordination.
  • •Ensure employee safety by identifying hazards and partnering with management, the hourly workforce, and EHS to eliminate them.
  • •Supervise and train the weekend crew shifts to meet customer and ATI specifications for NDT testing.
  • •Coordinate manpower and equipment scheduling using Department Scheduling dashboards and participate with Production Control meetings.
  • •Ensure compliance with quality systems and checklists (ISO 9002/AS9100 and customer/NADCAP NDT) and maintain safe, well-kept work environments.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience leading multi-functional teams in a high-mix, high-accountability environment.
  • •Proven ability to make decisions under pressure and deliver results through others.
  • •Level II or higher UT certification (preferred), with strong NDT UT immersion experience preferred.
